Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public transportation location.; Respond to incidents, service calls, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations, activities, and/or unusual conditions according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, boarding areas, waiting areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report concerns to the appropriate contacts.; Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify authorized access when required, and assist with directing foot traffic, visitor questions, and/or orderly movement throughout the location.; Support public-facing operations by observing for suspicious behavior, helping to identify potential hazards or disruptions, and communicating with supervisors, local authorities, and/or site representatives as needed.
