Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and communicating with supervisors and/or public agency contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, facilities, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and policy violations.; Monitor access points, restricted areas, and public spaces while verifying credentials, observing activity, and reporting security-related concerns according to post orders.; Carry authorized equipment in accordance with post requirements while maintaining a visible presence that may help to deter misconduct and support orderly operations throughout the location.
