Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities in a calm, professional manner; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations using strong judgment and problem-solving skills, and report details according to post guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with location policies; Support operations at a public utility location by observing infrastructure areas for potential hazards, disruptions, and/or maintenance-related issues, then communicating findings to the appropriate contacts
