Pay Range: $120,000-$145,000

- Active Secret security clearance, can hold up to SCI
- CompTIA Security+
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information systems

Insight Global is looking to hire an Information Systems Security Lead (ISSL) to support a federal defense program. This role will serve as the senior cybersecurity authority for the program and function as the designated ISSM. Day-to-day work includes leading cybersecurity execution across a small technical team, assigning and prioritizing RMF, CUI, and compliance-related tasks, and reviewing security documentation such as SSPs, POA&Ms, and incident reports. The ISSL will provide technical direction to ISSO resources, approve security-relevant configuration changes, oversee secure system administration activities, and act as the escalation point for vulnerabilities and incidents. This role will also coordinate with security leadership and external stakeholders, run regular cybersecurity sync meetings, and support readiness for audits and assessments.
