    CI/HUMINT SME Position

    The CI/HUMINT SME will mentor and assist the MARSOC CI/HUMINT Marines on the proper operation and employment of organic SOF operations and capabilities.

    The candidate must have the ability to operate effectively under pressure adhering to the ProSol Core Values of Agility: rapid adaptation to the changing requirements and environment of our clients; Excellence: Service quality that exceeds the expectations of our clients; Integrity: Accountability and honesty-always doing the right thing; and Long Term-Commitment: Unquestioned loyalty and dedication to our clients, partners and employees.

    Responsibilities
    • Mentor and assist MSOC CI/HUMINT Marines on the proper operation and employment of organic SOF operations and capabilities.
    • Provide after-action feedback to government customer following each iteration of the Raven exercise.
    Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
    • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
    Education & Experience Requirements
    • 4+ years of prior military experience to include recent and relevant experience conducting SOF and SOF related operations and activities.
    • Graduate of relevant/accredited service level HUMINT course.
    • Possess an understanding of SOF capabilities, support, and operations to include:
    1. Threat vulnerability assessments.
    2. Tactical questioning.
    3. Interrogations.
    4. SOF intelligence systems/technologies (Palantir, ANB etc.), targeting.
    5. SOF biometrics (SEEK), SOFSSE (CELL BRITE, XRAY, NCASE).
    6. Special reconnaissance.
    7. Personnel recovery.
    8. Unconventional warfare.
    Possess a thorough understanding of fundamental MSOC/MSOT capability to include operational and information. Experience or understanding of exercise design and scripting.

    Security Clearance: Secret, TS is preferred

    Physical Demands
    • Able to lift 50 lbs. alone and up to 100 lbs. as a member of a team.
    Scheduled Workdays
    • Episodic periods during the week based on government requirements to support RAVEN planning and training iterations.
    Standard Work Hours
    • Work hours are assigned per mission cycle and could be between 8 and 12-hour days.
    Travel
    • Travel is required to support RAVEN exercises.
