Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, entry points, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor customer and vendor activity, observe access to restricted or employee-only areas, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns; Support closing and opening routines, assist with crowd and queue observation during busy periods, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities in required reports
