Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a public-facing government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and observe visitor movement to support orderly entry, protect restricted areas, and follow site protocols for deliveries, contractors, and/or after-hours activity.; Provide visible presence and assistance during daily operations, special events, and/or high-traffic periods, offering directions and reporting maintenance, security-related, and/or customer service concerns to the appropriate personnel.
