Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a public healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help to verify entry permissions in accordance with site policies, offering directions and assistance to visitors while addressing security-related concerns.; Support emergency and medical response protocols by communicating with site personnel and/or first responders, helping with crowd management, access control, and incident-related follow-up.
