Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including yards, loading areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter zones; Monitor vehicle and pedestrian activity at gates, docks, and restricted areas, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow, and helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior; Support shipping and receiving operations by observing high-value cargo areas, noting irregular activity, and communicating with site contacts and local responders when needed
