Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit points, assist with visitor direction and screening processes, and support security-related operations involving restricted areas, after-hours access, and/or sensitive departments; Complete routine reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and policy concerns while following Allied Universal standards and location-specific guidelines
