Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations; Monitor access points, verify credentials, and screen incoming and outgoing traffic as directed to help to support controlled entry and restricted area compliance; Communicate with site personnel, supervisors, and/or first responders regarding unusual activity, operational concerns, and incident updates while maintaining professionalism at all times
