Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance or access issues; Monitor entry points, observe on-site activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unusual conditions in accordance with post instructions; Support access control and visitor-related processes, provide directional assistance, and help to maintain an orderly environment for occupants and guests
