Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a government corrections location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, housing areas, entry points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points, verify identification and/or credentials as directed by site policies, and help to control movement of people, vehicles, and authorized property within the location; Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, completing required reports, and communicating clearly during routine duties and emergency situations
