Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and unusual behavior; Monitor access points, observe foot and vehicle traffic, and verify credentials or visitor information in accordance with property procedures; Communicate clearly with tenants, guests, and management regarding security-related concerns and/or policy questions
