Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including exterior areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter zones, with attention to security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or suspicious behavior to the appropriate contacts; Support site operations during weather events, outages, and/or other critical situations by following post orders and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or local responders
