Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a public-facing location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or public authorities when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, staff spaces, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols; Support crowd management, visitor assistance, and orderly operations during daily activity, special events, and/or high-traffic periods while maintaining a professional presence
