Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel by following site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a government location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, process visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and restricted area activity.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including entrances, perimeters, and common spaces, to help to deter unauthorized access and report security-related concerns.; Operate access control and communication systems, maintain required logs and reports, and support orderly movement of people and property throughout the location.
