Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a technology and telecommunications location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or potential hazards; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and support access control processes to help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas; Communicate clearly with site personnel, visitors, and/or first responders during routine operations and incident response, while maintaining detailed logs and completing required reports
