Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, manage visitor processing, and document deliveries, pickups, and other access-related activity in accordance with location protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, including entrances, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and perimeter areas, with working environments and conditions varying by site; Help to deter unauthorized access, policy violations, and/or operational disruptions by maintaining a visible presence, observing activity, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and contractors
