Are you looking to break into the construction industry and make a real impact on public safety? Join Aerotek's dedicated traffic control team and help keep workers, drivers, and pedestrians safe during roadwork and utility projects across Pennsylvania.
What You'll Do- Direct traffic and inform drivers of detours
- Set up and break down traffic control zones
- Ensure the safety of construction crews and the public
- Work outdoors and stay active all day
- A strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Experience with hand tools or general labor is a plus
- Prior flagging, landscaping, or construction experience is helpful but not required
- No experience required- we'll train you!
- Start at $16/hrwith a raise to$17/hr after 3 months
- Consistent schedule: Monday-Friday, 6AM-4PM
- Be part of a highly trained crew working with the latest PennDOT safety standards
- Great opportunity to grow in construction, utilities, or public works
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
