Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, helping to identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or potential hazards; Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and help to support controlled access for personnel, vehicles, and deliveries; Carry authorized post equipment while performing patrol duties, remain prepared to respond to escalated situations within post guidelines, and follow all applicable armed post responsibilities and reporting procedures
