Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures; Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential grounds, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access activity and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and/or contractors in accordance with site-specific protocols; Prepare accurate incident and activity reports and follow post orders related to armed assignments and residential community operations
