Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a technology and communications location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions or security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and support visitor management processes in accordance with site policies and post instructions; Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with staff and guests
