Unarmed Security Officer

Prosegur Security is looking to fill multiple Full-Time Unarmed Security Officers that are customer service driven for one of our networks in the Danbury / Ridgefield, CT area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. We are looking for Security professionals that want to grow and develop professionally in our organization.
Hourly starting wage: $19.00
Position 1: Thursday - Sunday 3pm - 12am (32 hours)
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Resolve or redirects resident/client complaints; assists customers in all inquiries in connection with site services, hours of operations, directions, SOPS, etc.
- Checks in/out guests in an efficient and friendly manner.
- Report maintenance or equipment problems to appropriate personnel.
- Multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Always maintain a professional image and friendly demeanor
- Monitor CCTV, Fire Alarm Panel, Access controls and assist with phone calls and packages of
Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Minimum 2 year of Security Officer experience,
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and outlook
- Works well under stress and makes sound decisions.
