Job Description
Serves as the HUMINT Collection Manager for all program efforts. Determines the state of program collection operations in the context of the intelligence problem (current collection posture; key target characteristics such as range or urgency; battle space factors such as threat, terrain, or weather; and leadership guidance), and defines standing, ad-hoc, and time sensitive collection gaps, with suitable planning solutions refined from present collection resources.
Conducts HUMINT Evaluation and Review. Provides analytical comments in Operations Traffic; writes evaluations. Assesses collection reporting against HUMINT and operational requirements and adjusts requirements based off collector access and revised information needs.
Conducts external coordination and integration. Provides analytical feedback on program reporting to collection managers and customers throughout the intelligence community and determines value to answer intelligence or operational needs by comparing results to measures of effectiveness (MOE).
HUMINT Collection Manager Trainer. Provides authoritative guidance on collection management policies, standards, and best practices for program collection management roles and function support to US.
Incumbent is responsible to ensure the core classified national information protection security disciplines of information are fully covered from a policy and program mic view point to ensure overall information protection requirements meet mission requirements.
