Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, entrances, parking locations, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and follow post orders related to visitor control, vehicle activity, and/or after-hours access.; Assist with traffic and pedestrian flow, provide directions and general assistance, and support preparedness activities during alarms, evacuations, and/or other unusual events.
