Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a resort location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and authorizations, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas in a calm, professional manner.; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations with sound judgment, clear communication, and a problem-solving approach.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, lobbies, amenities, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by location.; Document security-related activities, access-related incidents, and unusual conditions, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
