Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details to site leadership and/or public responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and help to support authorized entry procedures for the educational location; Perform armed post duties in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site instructions, maintaining professionalism, situational awareness, and detailed incident reports
