Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location; Respond to incidents, service calls, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local authorities as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, concourses, waiting areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor assigned areas for maintenance concerns, policy violations, unattended items, and/or unusual conditions, and report findings through appropriate site protocols; Assist employees, passengers, and visitors with directions, general questions, and incident reporting while supporting security-related procedures and orderly operations
