Juvenile Facility Security Officer - Unarmed

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and residents by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials, and monitoring entry and exit activity at a government location.; Respond to incidents, policy concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related issues to site contacts and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.; Monitor doors, gates, control points, and visitor processing areas to help support authorized access, maintain accurate logs, and follow property, package, and key control procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or potential security-related hazards.; Communicate with staff, contractors, and the public in a professional manner while following post orders, emergency response procedures, and documentation requirements.
