Allied Universal - 94th Avenue - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, following client instructions, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, common areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention; Monitor entrances, exits, and shared spaces to help control access, observe resident and visitor activity, and/or support a respectful environment within the location; Assist with de-escalation support, policy enforcement, and security-related incident reporting while maintaining professionalism and treating residents, staff, and visitors with respect
