Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with supervisors and/or public personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, walkways, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require attention.; Monitor entrances, public spaces, and/or assigned areas to help support order, report suspicious behavior, and follow post orders related to unauthorized access, trespassing, and/or policy violations.; Complete routine reports, logs, and/or incident documentation, and share observations with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site contacts regarding security-related concerns.
