Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas while assisting visitors, employees, and/or contractors with directions, entry requirements, and general information; Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and communicating clearly with site personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal teams as needed
