Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and support orderly entry and exit procedures for staff and authorized guests; Communicate with site personnel, supervisors, and/or public emergency responders when needed, and complete required reports related to incidents, patrols, and daily activity
