Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, noting conditions that could require security-related attention; Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disruptions, and/or policy violations while interacting professionally with the public and site personnel; Assist with traffic and pedestrian flow, provide directions and information when needed, and support orderly operations during routine activities and/or elevated activity periods
