    Tech Fellow (Electronic Warfare Systems Engineer)

    $150,000 - $200,000 + Benefits + 401k + PTO

    Based in Warner Robins or Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid position)

You will lead technical problem solving, support high-level engineering decisions, and contribute directly to the continued growth and success of the organisation.

    This role would suit an Electronic Warfare or Avionics Systems Engineer seeking a senior-level technical position within a growing defense organization, where they can work on cutting-edge aerospace systems, influence high-level engineering decisions, and establish themselves as a recognised subject matter expert.

    The Role:

    *Lead systems engineering activities across advanced avionics and electronic warfare programmes

    *Develop system architectures, requirements, integration, verification, and validation activities

    *Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and engineering teams on mission-critical aerospace projects

    *Experience within Electronic Warfare, avionics, or defence/aerospace systems engineering
