Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal management; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and security-related concerns; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and help to deter unauthorized entry in support of location protocols; Support security-related operations within a technology-focused location by observing equipment areas, reporting facility issues, and communicating clearly with staff and first responders during routine and emergency situations
