    Communicate effectively with drivers, healthcare facilities, and clients.

    Monitor and manage daily transportation operations to ensure efficiency.

    Resolve any issues that arise during transport, maintaining a high level of service.

    Maintain accurate records of trips, schedules, and client information.

    Utilize dispatch software to track vehicles and optimize routes.

    Assist in training new dispatch team members as needed.

    Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

    Strong communication and organizational skills.

    Proficiency in dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

    Experience in the medical transportation field is a plus.

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

    Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset.

    Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
