Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, property access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related or property-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, assist with visitor directions, and report unusual activity according to site procedures.; Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by observing building conditions, reporting hazards or policy violations, and assisting with security-related procedures during openings, closings, and/or special events.
