Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols at a financial institution location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to the appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify suspicious activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry, while documenting daily activities, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines; Support emergency response activities when appropriate and assist with directing people during alarms, disruptions, and/or other urgent situations
