    Job Title: Ready-Mix Dispatcher
    Location: Orlando, FL
    Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
    Pay Rate: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE
    Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

    Must have a minimum of 2 years of Ready-Mix experience.

    Position Summary

    A growing industry leader is seeking an experienced Ready-Mix Dispatcher to join the Orlando corporate dispatch office. This role supports eight Ready-Mix locations throughout Florida and plays a critical role in coordinating concrete deliveries, maximizing fleet efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

    The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively with customers, drivers, and plant personnel.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategically dispatch concrete deliveries to optimize fleet utilization and meet customer deadlines.
    Serve as the primary communication hub between customers, drivers, and plant operations.
    Monitor and adjust live delivery schedules to maintain on-time performance.
    Track inventory, delivery documentation, and order details accurately.
    Troubleshoot transit delays and scheduling conflicts quickly and efficiently.
    Provide outstanding customer support from order placement through delivery completion.
    Coordinate with plant personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.
    Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company procedures.
    Qualifications

    High School diploma or equivalent required.
    College coursework or related industry training is a plus.
    2-5 years of experience in Ready-Mix operations or a closely related field.
    Familiarity with Ready-Mix industry practices, procedures, and terminology.
    Working knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation practices.
    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
    Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    Self-motivated, assertive, and positive team-oriented attitude.
    Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required.
