Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a busy logistics and distribution location; Monitor access to the lobby and entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access through established security-related procedures; Answer phones, greet incoming guests, issue visitor badges or passes, maintain front desk logs, and direct individuals according to site policies; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate; Support daily operations by documenting activity, reporting unusual conditions, and following emergency response activities and other client-directed security-related protocols
