Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a public transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with supervisors and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of platforms, stations, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.; Monitor access points and public areas, provide directions and information, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations through appropriate channels.; Support crowd management and traffic flow during peak travel times, service disruptions, special events, and/or emergency situations while maintaining a professional presence.
