Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location, including interior areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, as assigned; Monitor access to the location by observing visitor and employee activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior that could help to deter unauthorized activity; Support day-to-day operations at the location by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and inquiries, and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders during incidents
