Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, monitoring access points, and assisting visitors, employees, and members of the public with directions and general information; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout government buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, common areas, and restricted locations for security-related issues, verifying access permissions and challenging unauthorized persons in accordance with site policies; Support emergency response activities by communicating with site personnel and/or first responders, helping with orderly evacuations, and following post orders during alarms, medical events, or facility disruptions
