Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial services setting; Monitor front desk activity, verify identification and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access through established access control and sign-in procedures.; Answer questions, direct visitors, manage incoming calls and deliveries, and document routine front desk and security-related activity in accordance with site protocols.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
