Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and support orderly entry and exit procedures in accordance with site protocols.; Complete routine reports related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or maintenance concerns, and communicate clearly with coworkers, clients, and emergency personnel when appropriate.
