Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter zones, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations; Monitor foot traffic and activity across the retail location, assisting with crowd management, lost and found inquiries, and/or direction requests while maintaining a professional presence; Support closing and opening routines as assigned, checking doors, gates, and/or designated areas for irregularities and reporting maintenance, housekeeping, or security-related issues as needed
