Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention.; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe security-related concerns, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues through proper channels.; Assist with routine public-facing interactions by providing directions, answering general questions, and helping to support orderly operations during daily activity, special events, and/or high-traffic periods.
