    Position Summary

    The Ecoforce Coordinator - Dispatch & Scheduling plays a critical role in supporting daily operations by coordinating routes, managing communication with field teams, and ensuring efficient deployment of roving team members. This role is responsible for maintaining schedule accuracy, facilitating real-time adjustments, and delivering excellent internal and customer service.

    This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    Dispatch & Route Coordination
    • Plan, sequence, and dispatch daily service routes for Ecoforce and roving team members
    • Monitor route progress and proactively adjust schedules to maintain efficiency and service levels
    • Communicate route updates, delays, or changes clearly and promptly to drivers and field staff
    • Ensure compliance with DOT rules and company policies
    Driver & Team Support
    • Check drivers in and out daily to ensure readiness, accountability, and successful route completion
    • Provide clear instructions, coaching, and real-time problem resolution to field teams
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for roving employees throughout the workday
    Customer & Internal Communication
    • Answer incoming calls and provide first-level customer support
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests with professionalism and urgency
    • Greet and assist incoming employees and visitors
    Administrative & Operational Support
    • Maintain accurate scheduling records and dispatch documentation
    • Assist with reporting, data entry, and operational tracking
    • Support special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
    Qualifications

    Required
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
    Preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of dispatch, logistics, or route coordination experience

    • Drivers and roving team members feel supported, informed, and motivated
